Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with South Form. We are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and securely as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, dispatched or shipped on weekends or South African public holidays.
During periods of high order volumes, promotional events or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
2. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 8–11 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed.
While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Areas
South Form currently ships throughout South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.
4. Order Tracking
Where available, customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
5. Delivery Delays
South Form is not responsible for delays resulting from:
- Courier operational delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
While we will do our best to assist, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
South Form is not liable for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges before the order is re-dispatched.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Where applicable, South Form will work with the courier to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
8. Delivery Confirmation
A shipment will be considered successfully delivered once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided during checkout.
South Form cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been successfully delivered according to the courier’s delivery records.
9. Shipping Fees
Applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by South African law.
